Women’s Health & Wellbeing Pop-Up Wellness Festival

Local business owner, Jo Plimmer of Wood And The Trees Coaching has announced her third Pop-Up Wellness Festival in the Telford & Wrekin area.

Passionate about highlighting the importance of self-care and making time for you, Jo started organising her Pop-Up Wellness Festivals in 2023.

Jo is keen to make wellbeing as accessible as possible to the residents of Shropshire, whilst also being able to showcase the services offered by a whole range of incredibly talented Health & Wellbeing practitioners locally.

With the ultimate aim of developing her own Woodland Wellness venue, Jo has been exploring themes and concepts for her Festivals. Her previous events have included her inaugral event last October that tested out the concept of a Pop-Up Wellness Festival and a Business & Wellness Festival in March 2024.

She is now excitedly planning a Women's Health & Wellbeing themed event at the end of June, which will take place in Edgmond, near Newport.

Jo is a big advocate that there is not one right way to 'do' health & wellbeing. She says:

"We are all different and what works for one person, might not be quite right for someone else. The Pop-Up Wellness Festivals are designed to embrace this and allow different people to come together to support their own wellbeing by creating a day that suits their needs."

With 22 different workshops happening over the course of the day, there is plenty to choose from, so you really can make it a day to suit you.

Full Day & Half Day tickets are on sale now.
