Trio of Deals at Total Park Telford Leaves Just One Unit Remaining

Following a trio of landmark transactions Total Park Telford is now nearing full occupancy, with only
one unit remaining at this prime industrial development.

In March, Unit 4, 74,462 sq, was let to VA Technology, closely followed by the length of Unit 1, extending to 55,880 sq, to an established packaging supply company. These back-to-back deals highlight the sustained demand for high-quality industrial and logistics space in the region.

Completing the trio of successes, Unit 3 totalling 126,488 sq was sold in December to Griffiths Farms, (trading as Oakland Farm Eggs), further demonstrating the scheme’s appeal to a diverse range of occupiers across manufacturing, logistics and food sectors.

Ed Chantler, CEO of Total Developments added “We are delighted to welcome three new occupiers
to Total Park. These transactions are a strong endorsement of the scheme and reflects the continued
demand for high-quality, sustainable industrial space in Telford and the wider region. Total Park is attracting ambitious, growing occupiers, and we are pleased to provide a building that supports their expansion”.

Dan Allen, Finance Director of VA Technology commented, “We’re really pleased to secure this new
site at Total Park 4, which offers the extensive floorspace we need to build our automated Shellmaker® systems. This investment comes at a me when we’re expecting significant growth over the next few years, and it’s important that we lay the right foundations by strengthening both our team and our infrastructure. Since the company was founded, Telford has always been our home of choice. The area offers excellent infrastructure and sits at the centre of a thriving engineering and manufacturing industry.”

With three units now occupied, only Unit 2 remains available. The final unit comprises 96,207 sq of best-in-class space, featuring 12.5m eaves height and a substantial 1.5 MVA power supply, making it well suited to a wide range of industrial and energy-intensive uses.

The rapid take-up at Total Park Telford underscores both the strength of the local market and the ongoing shortage of modern, high-specification industrial accommodation.
