EAC Telford gives fundraising boost to Hope Hospice
A Telford family business has raised more than £5,000 for Hope Hospice after hosting a charity golf day in support of local children and families.
Mark and Jane Kettle, owners of EAC Telford, organised the event with their daughter Aimee at Astbury Golf Club. The day brought together golfers, local businesses and long-standing supporters, all united in helping the children’s hospice continue its vital work.
Prizes were donated by a wide range of local individuals and companies, with GSF Car Parts and Point S sponsoring the event overall.
The family presented a cheque for £5,382.35 to Hope Hospice, recognising the specialist care it provides to children with life-limiting conditions and the support it offers to their families.
Mark Kettle, owner of EAC Telford said: “We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported the golf day – the generosity shown by local people and businesses has been amazing. We’re delighted to be able to support Hope Hospice and the wonderful work it does for children and families across the area, it is a cause very close to our hearts.”

Supporting local causes has become a core part of the Kettle family’s approach to business, with fundraising events now a regular feature of EAC Telford’s commitment to giving back to the community.
