Our History
Established in 1999, Proactive Personnel has grown to become a market-leading recruitment agency with 11 prominent branches in town and city centre locations and over 130 staff. We’ve established an impressive and longstanding customer database with clients ranging from small family firms, right through to national blue-chip organisations across the UK, covering many industry sectors.

We specialise in placing candidates into transport & logistics, industrial, office, mechanical & engineering, and construction jobs, amongst others, and have many vacancies at all levels.
