Delivering tailored workshops on mental health to workplaces and schools. Learn about common mental health difficulties, new coping skills to manage stress and anxiety, where to signpost people to mental health services in the area as well as nationally and also how to manage stress within the workplace to reduce staff sickness. Within schools we aim to teach pupils better coping strategies with anxiety particularly around exam stress and help teachers learn coping strategies to manage their own mental health as well as to give guidance to their pupils.
