Dog food manufacturer Different Dog has secured a 40,000 sq ft unit at an industrial park in Telford.
Redsun Projects secured a ten-year lease for the manufacturer on the unit at Pioneer Park.
As part of the move, fit-out works have begun, which will tailor the space to the firm’s needs.
Redsun was advised on the letting by Bulleys Bradbury and Addleshaw Goddard. Different Dog was represented by Aaron & Partners.
Charlie Thurston, CEO of Different Dog, said: “The decision was driven by our mission to change dogs’ lives with real food and our excellent new facility enables us to produce the highest quality freshly hand-cooked dog food at a larger scale. The process has been seamless, allowing us to tailor the facility to our specifications.”
Nick Wightman, director at Redsun, said: “This letting highlights the attractiveness of Pioneer Park as a strategic location for companies looking to establish or expand their operations in Telford. Securing Different Dog so quickly after the building became vacant demonstrates the resilience and desirability of this area.”
